Green Cards & Naturalization

Green Cards & Naturalization

Helping clients secure permanent residency and take the final step to U.S. citizenship.

Securing a green card is a significant milestone, and our team is here to make the process as smooth as possible. We assist clients in navigating the requirements for permanent residency through family sponsorship, employment offers, or humanitarian pathways, and guide eligible clients through the naturalization process toward citizenship.

Where you start depends on whether you are in the U.S. or abroad, and whether you already hold a green card or are pursuing citizenship. The pages below cover each stage in detail.

Frequently Asked Questions

Am I eligible for adjustment of status or do I need consular processing?

It depends primarily on where you currently are and how you entered the U.S. Adjustment of status is filed from inside the U.S., while consular processing is completed at an embassy or consulate abroad. Each page above explains the eligibility requirements in detail.

How soon after getting my green card can I apply for citizenship?

Generally five years as a permanent resident, or three years if you are still married to and living with the U.S. citizen spouse who sponsored you, along with continuous residence and physical presence requirements.
